      The Pioneer Expo & Festival is an educational extravaganza celebrating the trades and crafts of Pioneers, and Homesteaders with live demonstrations.
     Demonstrators will be in period attire, and have period items for sale.
     You will see a Black Smith, Flint Knapper, Wool Spinner and Weaver, Soap Maker, Horse Shoer, Wood Stove Cooking Demonstration, Chain saw Carver and lots of local talent to name a few.
     If that's not enough there will also be a Horse Team Competitions, and for the kids there will be a Pioneer Village where they can Make Crafts, Play Games, and Pet Farm Animals. 
     The Big Horn County Fair Ground are located in Basin just 7 miles south of Greybull, The Big Horn Mountains and a Dinosaur track site are close by. You can also find The Buffalo Bill Historical Center in Cody, and the Worlds Largest Mineral Hot Springs, and World class Dinosaur Museum in Thermopolis all within an hours drive.

Saturday - June 5th
Breakfast at the Fair Grounds
9:00 am: Gates Open
10:00 am: Demonstrations Begin, Kids Pioneer Village Opens, Horse Team Competition,
                Crosscut Saw Competition
12:00 noon: Break for Lunch
1:00 pm: Dutch Oven Cook Off, Horse Teams, Demonstrations Continue
5:30 pm: Dutch Oven Judging, Dutch Oven Meal Auction
7:00 pm: Horse and Tractor Playoff
Sunday - June 6th
Breakfast at the Fair Building
9:00 am: Old time Church Service, Crosscut Saw Competition, Demonstrations Begin, 
               Kids Pioneer Village Opens
